Five Loaves and Two Fish can provide groceries to assist families in Spalding County and surrounding counties.  Clients may receive food 1 time per calendar month.  Periodically we have a Mobile Saturday, clients may also receive food on that day.   Note: Only 1 person per address may receive food (for example, husband can't receive food, then have wife also receive food).

NO APPOINTMENT REQUIRED and NO RESIDENCY RESTRICTION:
In order to become a client you must come to the Food Pantry during our hours of distribution and bring the following:

• State Issued ID

• Social Security Card

• Address

• List of other assistance currently received (Food Stamps, TANF, SSDI, etc)

• Income

• Names, date of birth, and relationship for all members in household

We will enter your information into our database, take your picture and give you food.  We also scan the barcode on the back of your driver's license.  The process for new clients can take 10 -20 minutes depending on the size of your family.

From that point on, each time you come to the pantry, we will scan your ID, verify if your information is correct, and you are out the door with food (2-3 minutes typically).
